Welcome to the office of the Bursar
The Business Office is one of the most important departments in the college and is responsible for the collection of revenue and expenditure. Payments for tuition and fees are made through online banking via The Royal Bank of Canada, wire transfer or bank draft.
The college’s major source of revenue is derived from the registration process and as such, it plays a pivotal role in the Business Office. We are aware that the student is a very important client and with this, in mind, we do everything possible to accommodate him/her. Students who find it difficult to pay their tuition in full, are encouraged to take advantage of a Deferred Payment Plan.
To access the Deferred Payment Plan a deposit is required and payments are made in two continuous installments. A $40.00 processing fee is attached. The registration process is incomplete until tuition and fees are paid in full.
We encourage all students to contact the Business Office for immediate assistance through walk-ins or telephone calls if they have questions, queries or concerns. During the registration period, the office hours are extended to accommodate students. The normal hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The cashier’s window closes to the public at 4:30 p.m.
The Business Office performs a variety of duties such as:
- Students’ bills
- Payments postings
- Refunds
- Accounts payable
