How TO Make Payment

You can make payments by visiting the Business Office (Room A3) at the campus on #8 Jean Street, using debit or credit cards. Alternatively, payments can be made via bank transfer to the Royal Bank of Canada, Prince Charles Branch (05775), Account Number: 1011782. After completing your payment, please email a copy of your receipt to carolynambrose@bbuc.edu.bs. We look forward to welcoming you to BBUC, where you can truly “B U @ BBUC!”

Payment Plan Arrangements

Students who require a payment plan can visit Mrs. Ambrose in Room A3, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., to make arrangements. The payment plan requires 50% of tuition and  100% of fees to be paid upfront, with the remainder divided into two equal installments. These installments must be paid by the deadlines specified in the academic calendar. All fees must be paid in full as part of the arrangement.

BBUC Refund Policy

In accordance with the Refund Schedule, students are eligible for a partial refund for courses dropped during the specified registration periods for returning and new students. Refund amounts range from 90% to 0%, with the tuition penalty reflecting the percentage not refunded (e.g., a 10% tuition penalty for a 90% refund). Please refer to the academic calendar for the detailed refund structure.

Did you know you may qualify for up to $4,000 per year through the National Tuition Assistance Scholarship? The application process is quick and straightforward! The Ministry of Education’s Scholarship & Educational Loan Division was established in 2003 to assist Bahamian students in accessing financial aid for tertiary-level education.
