The Bahamas National Baptist Missionary and Educational Convention (BBMEC) is the largest religious body in The Bahamas, uniting over 700 churches and a membership of more than 88,000 believers across the nation. For over 85 years, we have been dedicated to advancing the Gospel of Jesus Christ, transforming communities, and building a legacy of excellence in education and service.

Greetings in the precious name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
It is with deep gratitude and a profound sense of purpose that I welcome you to the official website of the Bahamas Baptist Missionary and Educational Convention. For over a century, this Convention has stood as a beacon of faith, education, and service in the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, upholding the legacy of our forebears and pressing forward in obedience to the Great Commission.
As Baptists, we are called to be salt and light in our communities—championing missions, advancing Christian education, and fostering spiritual growth. In these changing times, our commitment remains unshaken: to equip the saints for the work of ministry, to train future leaders, and to uplift the lives of all we encounter with the message of hope in Christ Jesus.
